If you are:
- you may need to apply for a Permit.
Builders are required to have an accreditation number (CC Number). Those builders who do not have an accreditation number may provide their temporary receipt number issued by the relevant accreditation body.
If you are an Owner Builder, you will need to read the Owner Builder Guidelines. These are available in a hard copy from Council for $7.50, or you can print a copy by clicking on this link from the DIER website http://www.wst.tas.gov.au/wstpublish/resource/bsrownerbuil.htm
